You’ll design and build production services and user-facing applications, partner with clients, and elevate engineering quality through reviews, mentorship, and thoughtful architecture.
What you’ll do
- Deliver APIs and distributed services with strong reliability and observability.
- Collaborate across stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and raise the bar on coding standards, testing, and design.
- Improve CI/CD, deployment safety, and runtime monitoring in cloud environments.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years building production software (backend or full-stack).
- Strong experience with one or more: .NET, Node.js, Java, Python.
- Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern CI/CD.
- Comfortable designing APIs, data models, and integrations.
